旦烘糕 the Danco 首店位于成都玉林八巷的一处社区街角。设计从蛋烘糕原本的制作与售卖方式出发，将“档口”作为空间的基本原型，让制作、等待与交付发生在街道与室内之间。
原本方正的街角被斜向切开并向内退让，制作区域被放在最靠近街道的位置。新的花旗松木构没有填满原建筑的高层高，而是在其中放入一个更接近人体尺度的小档口。地面与台面连续浇筑，保留自然的气孔与颗粒；可开合的折叠门、TPU 帘和可移动座椅，则让空间随着营业状态打开或收起。
设计没有试图重新定义蛋烘糕，而是保留它原本属于街头的关系：看着它被制作，站在档口前等待，接过来，就在街边吃掉。
