LOOP位于成都 A7 街区,是一家面向社区的自行车店。项目以“社区骑行驿站”为出发点,将销售空间与停靠、维修、交流等多种日常使用结合,回应街区中的公共性需求。
设计重点集中在立面与空间的开放关系。整面立面由金属格栅推拉门构成,可整体开启,使室内与街道形成连续的开放界面。格栅同时作为陈列系统,用于悬挂配件与展示物。入口局部内退,将檐下空间让渡给街道使用,并通过地面材料的连续延伸,弱化内外边界。
空间内部延续接近“自行车库”的使用状态。原有混凝土墙面被保留,叠加塑胶地垫,形成耐用且适应高频使用的空间基础。一处抬升区域作为展示平台,同时也为小型活动提供场地,阶梯内部整合储物功能,提高空间的使用效率。
陈列系统以模块化展台为基础。低台面采用塑胶地垫反面,呈现颗粒质感;高台通过堆叠形成,并结合玻璃台面与丝杆结构,用于展示小型配件。墙面与柱体结合金属网格系统与 AA 立柱,形成可持续调整的展示界面。
立面一侧还设置了修理与补给区域,将收银与维修整合,并通过可移动推车组织操作流程,使空间在不同使用场景之间保持灵活。
通过开放的立面策略与模块化的空间系统,项目构建出一个兼具商业与公共属性的骑行节点,在城市流动中提供停靠与转换的空间。

LOOP is a community-oriented bicycle shop located in the A7 district of Chengdu. Conceived as a “cycling hub,” the project combines retail with parking, repair and social interaction, responding to the need for everyday public space within the neighbourhood.
The design focuses on the relationship between façade and openness. The entire frontage is formed by sliding metal grilles that can be fully opened, creating a continuous interface between interior and street. The grilles also function as a display system, allowing accessories and products to be hung directly. The entrance is partially recessed, giving space back to the street, while the continuity of floor materials further blurs the boundary between inside and outside.
Inside, the space maintains a condition close to that of a bicycle garage. Existing concrete walls are preserved and combined with rubber flooring, forming a durable base suited for high-frequency use. A raised platform serves as a display area and can accommodate small events, with integrated storage beneath to maximise efficiency.
The display system is organised through modular platforms. Lower surfaces use the reverse side of rubber flooring, revealing a granular texture, while higher displays are formed through stacked elements combined with glass tops and threaded rod structures for smaller items. Walls and columns integrate metal mesh systems with AA uprights, creating an adjustable display framework.
One side of the façade incorporates a repair and service area, where checkout and maintenance functions are combined. Mobile carts are used to organise workflows, allowing the space to remain adaptable across different scenarios.
Through an open façade strategy and a modular spatial system, the project establishes a hybrid node that combines commercial and public functions, offering a place for pause and transition within the flow of the city.
